You will start your career as a New Associate with The MacDonald Group of AIL and participate in our 45 Day Executive Development Program . During this time we will teach you the process of offering supplemental insurance benefits to licensed professionals, police officers, teachers, union members, credit unions and other associations. Also, we will help you build your own team/agency by teaching you a best practices approach for growing your business at the rate you desire. This proven process is backed up by over our 65 years as an industry leader and over 7,000 successful representatives worldwide.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Planning, mentoring and coaching

Offering supplemental insurance benefits to working families

Developing New Associates

Upholding quality standards of your business/agency

Identifying opportunities for community involvement

Identifying individuals to join our team

Voluntary participation in training programs as well as weekly and monthly agency meetings


High School diploma or equivalent

Laptop Computer

Must be energetic, motivated and career minded

Desire to lead others

Willingness to obtain required licenses and/or certifications

Reliable transportation

At least 1 year of Customer Service experience

*Afternoon/Evening Availabilty


Bachelor's degree

Management/Supervisory Experience

Self motivated and driven to succeed

Effective communication skills (oral & written)

Excellent presentation skills. Able to work well with others as well as independently

Proficient is MS Excel, Powerpoint and basic computer knowledge

5 years Customer Service experience
